Since 2006  riders across the United States have made March Moto Madness, aka the Mother Rally, the opening event of the season.  Key to it all is the Tellico Overlanders Adventure Desitnation in Tellico Plains, Tennessee.  With the retirement of the founders the torch was passed to the site owner who has been steadly improving the grounds to make TOAD and the 423 Outpost one of the best rally sites in North America.

Apparently close to 850 riders, 15 vendors and 5 manufactures offering demo rides agree that for the last weekend of March, our brand of Madness can’t be beat!

The nylon only camping experiement in the South Field, aka Nerd Camp was huge success and will be repeated.  As we hoped, it was a great place to camp with no lights and only the sounds of nature to be heard!  We thank Moto Camp Nerd for making this possible.

With the record crowd we encountered some challenges delivering the level of service we strive for.  We have been wondering what our maximum comfortable capacity is and now we know.  Our biggest disappointment were the challeges we had distributing the rides.   We’re riders and for us, it’s a toss up as to what is more important, good food or great rides.  For an event we host it is both.  We’ve indentifed areas of imporovement and will implement them for the Big 21.

We cannot thank you, our vendors and partners enough for your support.  We also recognize, appreicate and love our  dedicated team of core volunteers.  Without them none of this would be possible at a price we can all accept.  We have the rally dream team which makes hard work easier and a ton of fun too.
