OFF ROAD TRAINING BY Tom Asher Adventure Riding Academy 2018

Basic Adventure training will be Thursday  from 10am

to 6pm cost $150   

Areas that will be covered:

Level one:  10 persons max Basic ADV set up and prep Balance and counter weighting Handling a heavy bike in off road turns Clutch and throttle control Brake control level one handling a heavy bike in gravel and loose surfaces Basic bike recovery Adventure ride!   off the tarmac, put your new skills to work! Wednesday arrival allowed for Thurs classes”  only for Thurs classes

Intermediate Adventure training will be Friday from

8am to 3pm, cost 150$

Areas that will be covered:

Level two:  10 persons max What you need for your journey!  Adv set up and prep Level 2 balance and counter weighting Learning to navigate switch backs safely Clutch and throttle control on uphills Aggressive braking Intro to log crossings Stream crossings Intermediate Adventure ride while learning new techniques.

Advanced Adventure training will be Saturday from

8am to 3pm.  Cost 150$

Areas that will be covered:

Level three:  10 persons max Now we get into light weight set ups for your adv  travel Manage turns like a pro Advanced clutch and throttle control Advanced log crossing Ascents and decents Elephant turns Wheelie basics, learning to lighten that front end when off road. LADIES OF DIRT Ladies, do you want to polish up your off-road skills and learn a few pearls with this fun and practical approach to Adventure Riding. We will cover the basic skills to make you a more capable Big Bike rider before the trials course of March Moto Madness. We will review and perform all of the following techniques: Adventure bike set-up and ergonomics Slow speed control (throttle, braking, and clutch) Riding posture (standing, sitting, weight transfer) Slow speed balance and maneuvers Afternoon adventure ride

Fridays Class:

Morning Range 9 am-12:30 pm Afternoon adventure ride 1 pm-5 pm, where you put the skills you learned on the range to practical use.
